Fort Lauderdale beach still a hot spot for homeless: ‘If they get rid of us, where are we supposed to go?’

UPDATED:

Fort Lauderdale says it will have a plan in place by Oct. 1, when the new law kicks in. If not, the city can be sued for not enforcing the ban on overnight sleeping in public spaces.
