Dave Magrogan of the Harvest Seasonal Grill chain fame (as well as the upcoming Atlantic Avenue Yacht Club and Lantana Cabana) has opened a coastal steakhouse" in Harbourside Place and brought in "Hell's Kitchen" winner and celebrity chef Paul Neidermann to helm the kitchen.
