Brightline delays Orlando trips, cancels bookings intended to start Sept. 1

Brightline is telling customers that it has postponed its startup to Orlando along its new 170-mile extension due to certification issues. Two new trains inside the company’s new “Basecamp” maintenance facility are shown in Orlando.
UPDATED:

Brightline, the higher-speed rail line serving South Florida, has canceled inaugural passenger trips to Orlando scheduled to start Sept. 1 as it continues a certification process for its new 170-mile extension from West Palm Beach.
