What’s more romantic than a sunset horseback ride on the beach while dolphins frolic off shore? Experience the thrill of riding in Palma Sola Bay in Bradenton, where you have an opportunity to ride a horse along the seashore and into the waves.

Great World Adventures was established in 2008 and offers BeachHorses in Bradenton experiences, including a one-hour ride where the first half is on the beach and the second half is in the water ($140).

All BeachHorse horseback outings are scheduled during low tide and are available to a wide variety of visitors, from young children (3-year-olds) to disabled riders and very heavy riders (up to 300 pounds).

The experience is customized for each individual, and everyone has their own personal instructor from start to finish.

The company uses standard western-style saddles on the beach, and all of the bridles are custom-made and waterproof. Helmets and life jackets are provided at no additional charge.
