Too Good to Go: Food app sells restaurant leftovers to South Florida diners at deep discounts

The idea is to provide a bargain while reducing food waste and helping restaurants recoup costs.

Sign of the times? South Florida diners are buzzing on social media about a food app, Too Good to Go, which claims to fight food waste by selling "surprise bags" of restaurant leftovers for one-third the retail price.
