Some outlets played a decision by Florida's First District Court of Appeal as a loss for Gov. Ron DeSantis, because it did not rule against his claim that he has an "executive privilege" to deny public records. But neither did the court say he does not have such a right, and that means those seeking records from the governor's office can expect delay after delay.
