Lynn Marie Landesco OBITUARY

Lynn Marie Landesco of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away peacefully on July 31, 2024. Lynn was born in New Rochelle, New York on January 9, 1950, and was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Marie Landesco. She is survived by her sisters Joan Powers (Valencia, Spain) and Anne Landesco (Tucson, AZ), nephew Scott Murphy (Valencia, Spain), niece Julie Murphy (Alex Cuenca, Valencia, Spain) and special great niece Amelia (Millie) Marie (Valencia).

Lynn began her successful career in retail at Lord & Taylor, New York City and continued in retail when she moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1978. After retiring, Lynn volunteered at early childhood learning centers. She will be fondly remembered by the many friends that she made during her lifetime.

A Celebration of Lynn’s Life will be held in the Fall in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Westchester, NY. Memorials may be given in her name to the Humane Society of Broward County (2070 Griffin Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312).
